Designer in Residence Home Staging Agreement

*Upon Request* As well as furnishing the house beautifully, when available, a member of the House Whisperers design team will agree to occupy the main residence of the property for the purpose of enhancing its market appeal and facilitating its sale by demonstrating an ambiance of gracious livability. Fresh flowers and candles and an inviting atmosphere are often the "secret weapon" of the realtor's strategy to sell a home for premium market value in the Westport, Greenwich, and New Canaan, CT area. There is an additional fee for this luxury offering, but is well-worth it considering it would further help to sell your home!

Home Staging Agreement Westport, CT

1. Initiation fee of $5,000 paid upon signing for design, move-in & set up.

2. Exit fee of $2,500 will be paid upon contract of sale and home will be vacated within 30 days of that signed contract.

3. Staging fee ranges from $12,500 - $45,000 per month for four consecutive months depending on the size of the home and the collection. One additional month at n/c if additional market time is needed.

4. Premises will be kept in Show Home condition and available to show at all times.

5. Homeowner will continue to maintain landscaping, maintenance and other services the home has in place.
